Ematrics provides an AI-powered sales intelligence platform that includes call analysis, training simulations, real-time assistance, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ematrics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property, and you grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ematrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
